It is so obvious by all the letters in here that John was, and always will be, extremely loved as well as, an important part of many lives. My heart and prayers go out to each and every one of you. Mrs. St. Jermain, for the loss of your grandson, Cheryl, for the loss of your son, Becky, for the loss of you husband, Amanda, for the loss of you father, Janet, Randy, June, Martha, Ray and spouses, for the loss of your brother and brother-in-law, and to all you nieces and nephews, for the loss of you uncle and great uncle. Also to us step siblings, for the loss of a brother that accepted us all into his family like we were always a part of it.
I have nothing but good memories of John, he was always the piece maker when we were kids and never had an unkind word to say about anyone. Cheryl, you raised him well by your example. Children learn what they live, and John certainly was proof of that. As adults, he always had a hug and welcoming way about him when I would run into him. He was an awesome person, and now is an awesome angel who will live in our hearts forever.
Thank you John, for accepting me into your family and always making me feel like I was a part of it. Thank you to Cheryl, for accepting us extra children into your family and treating us like we belonged. To this day, I thank God for giving me a wonderful step mom and family (no wicked step family stories from me). John will be truly missed as a part of this wonder family but remember, he lives on thru the impact he had on each and everyone of us, and the memories we all have of him, FOREVER!

John, you truly are missed. You were a very loving and compassionate person, and you knew how to take care of business, whether private or professional. You had many facets of life, all of which you succeeded and excelled in. In the little amount of time that I got to spend with you, I was truly impressed with your attitude toward your family; it is something to be admired! I appreciate the hand that you have had in the life of your daughter, for you have been a part of a wonderful creation, one that has grown to be a beautiful and delightful person. You are in a better place now, John, where you can rest and relax and spend an incalculable amount of time your loved ones, those of whom have journeyed to the hands of our Father, and those who are to follow. God Bless, with love and prayers from my family and I.

Although I haven't seen John for many years I will miss him. We met when Cheryl, his mom, and I were at the college food service and John came to work when he was in high school. What a sweet young man who made the day go by quickly with his hard work and his sense of humor. To Cheryl and his and brothers and sister, nieces and nephews, and to his wife and daughter, whom I did not have the pleasure of meeting- may God hold you in the palms of His hands and bless you all the days of your life- until that sweet day when you all meet again in Heaven. Love, thoughts and prayers are with you.

God looked around his garden and found an empty space. He then looked down upon the earth and saw your tired face. He put his arms around you and lifted you to rest, God's garden must be beautiful, He always takes the best. I will miss your quiet nature and loving ways. May the Heavenly Father keep you safe.
