While raising 7 children (mostly as by her self) she found a way of working at the JB’s western wear, the state liquor control board, and worked on the family fishing boats in the waters of Alaska. She was a great mother and friend to many. Her interests were always to take care of others. She loved being around her grandchildren and each and every visit or phone call brightened her days. Even during her 18 years of battling cancer she always wanted to make sure that everyone else was taken care of. She enjoyed all the time she had with Doug. Her trips to Montana, the Christmas breakfasts with the entire house packed at the seams. Donations can be made to the American Cancer Society. A Celebration of Life will be held on September 13, 2008 @ 1:00 pm at 6146 Waldrick Rd SE, Tenino, Wa. 98589 Bill Winders home. Call anyone of us for directions.
