I am very sorry for your loss. I found Roe to be a very kind and generous person...always for the underdog. He gave my Company an opportunity while others shunned us and I am forever grateful. He was patient and understanding....and I'm sure very brave.
The world is in short supply of indivituals like Roe...hopefully there are a few more in your family.
Sincerely,
BET

Roe has been greatly missed the last three years at Westside Bowling Lanes by the Nip'n Tuck League. He was stricken with lung cancer about the time my Frank passed away with the same thing. He did an amazing job of keeping it at bay for the past three years! I was so hoping and praying that he would concur it! I'm so sorry for your loss. I have come to the conclusion that the Lord took Frank so he wouldn't have to hurt anymore. I know he is in a far better place, but I miss him so still.

Dad was the greatest! It was swell spending the last few days with him talking about everything under the sun. We laughed about when I was a kid and recovered a fumble and ran a touchdown the wrong way. Dad was screaming go Frankie, I thought he ment run faster but he meant go the otherway. I honor his courage and strength.

You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers. I will never forget the life and spirit of Roe. He was such a fun and wonderful person who always brought a smile to my face. The road ahead may seem long, but let faith take you by the hand and guide you and your family through these difficult times.
God is our refuge and strenght, an ever present help in trouble. (psalm 46) God bless you and your family.

It was such a pleasure to know and work with Roe. He is sorely missed by all of his co-workers at the Office of Insurance Commissioner, and his friends throughout state government. Our thoughts and prayers go to Jan and the family.

I had the pleasure of contracting Telecommunication and Installation work for many years with Roe. He was always very tuff in his negoteations with us , but always fair and loyal. My father died fairly recent of the same lung illness as Roe, so I know what your family must have been going thru. You should be very proud of his accomplishments and the way he carried himself. I'm very sorry for your loss. Sincerely Yours Al Carter

It is with great sorry that we share in the loss of your loved one. Roe was a true friend and was always there for me and anyone else who was in need of help, counseling, or just to have an ear. He always gave his all plus another 100% in everything that he did. He will be truly missed by all who knew him. We know that he is now with the Almighty and is in pain no more.
