Connie, I just wanted to offer my condolences to you and your family and tell you that you're in my prayers. I didn't know your husband too well, but being in class with Justin and Lindsay, I always heard funny stories and could hear the love in their voices. I hope all is going well for you.

Hi Connie,
My prayers go out to you during this time. I thought very highly of Cal. Cal always had a smile on his face and loved life. Cal helped me many years ago when I was living in Rangely Colorado, I was far from family and friends and during a hunting trip he went out of his way to help me. I thanked him....but wanted you to know how much it had always meant to me that he was there and more importantly willing to go out of his way for me. Cal always called me "Kiddo" I'm sure many of us earned that nickname! My very Best to you Connie.

My thoughts and prayers go out to you, Connie and family. It has been many years since I seen Grandpa Cal, but I still can hear his laugh. Every now and then I would call just to say hello and he would always say "where you've been squirt?" My heart really goes out to you all. I am so sorry for your loss. God Bless You. Heather

I am so sorry for your loss. I just want to share one special memory of your loved one, Cal. I was in the eighth grade and in class when told of my Grandma's death on April 12th, 1941. Evidently, the principal found out about it and asked Calvin to take me home, as he was a high-school boy and had a car. I remember his driving me home and I had never ridden in anything that went that fast in my life. Bless his heart and God bless all of you in the family. Cal will surely be missed by a lot of people, each with their own little (or big) memories of him.

Aunt Connie-Have great memories of visiting you guys at your home as a child, a teenager and as a young adult. Uncle Cal always kept it entertaining especially, as mentioned by many, with his very unique laugh! He will be missed. Enjoyed being able to see and visit with him at the family reunion this summer. Please know we love you much and that you are in our thoughts and prayers!
