Obituary of Edward A. Mills

none Edward A. “Ted” Mills, Jr., 75, of Olympia, died Sunday, May 7, 2006. He was born January 22, 1931 to Edward Arthur, Sr. and Catherine May (Marrow) Mills in Shelton. He graduated from Weatherwax High School in Aberdeen. He also attended two years of a junior college in Aberdeen and two years vocational school in Tacoma. On May 14, 1955, at the Tumwater Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, Edward married the former Dorothy A. Coons, who survives. Edward worked as an architect for the State of Washington. He enjoyed fishing and camping. He was a volunteer fire fighter and Commissioner with Fire District #7. Including his wife, Dorothy, Edward is survived by 3 sons, Greg Mills, Nathan Mills, and Kim Mills and his wife Debra, all of Olympia; 1 daughter, Pam Elliott and her husband Richard; of Olympia; 1 brother, Jerry Mills, of Aberdeen; also 17 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren; and several uncles, aunts, and cousins.
