I just happen to be in Olympia this week and Papa showed me the Olympian...I am so sorry for your loss and pray for a bright future for you all. My memories are way too old ... but I remember how Dorothy would brighten up when he came home from work and all the kids came-a-runnin'. I remember a happy family.

I am sorry to hear of Ed's passing. I am retired from the Department of Social and Health Services and worked closely with Ed for over 25 years both in Eastern Washington and Olympia.
Ed was a gentleman and a professional, and more importantly, he was a good friend. He contributed greatly to the citizens of the state and I am sure that he will be missed by many. My thoughts and prayers are with the family at this time.

Ed was a friend, a boss, a bowling buddy, and a supporter of the community. Never did I see Ed angry. He always had a smile. Loved his work as an architect, and earned the respect of all who knew him. Gull Harbor/North Olympia has lost a pillar of the community.

I worked with Ed at the Division of Real Estate for several years. He was always traveling for the state looking at jobs and then returning to the office to check on Bob Peterson and Bob Rice. He worked under the guidance of Will Lewis and Vic Hawley. He had a special relationship with Mr. Lewis and showed Mr. Hawley the ropes when he started his first state job. Ed was such a wonderful co-worker. He had a no-nonsense approach to his work but a funny side of his personality that he shared with us on occasion. Ed was always up to celebrate a birthday or in helping us to eat the numerous goodies that always showed up in the office. I remember how he and Bob Rice used to get into shouting matches - Ed was the only one who had the patience to hear Bob through his issues and then to help him work them out. He was a mentor to many and I feel that my life and career have been enriched by getting to know him. He will be missed! My thoughts are with all of you - he was a good man and will be a hard act to follow!

We will miss "Teddy" very much. He was our oldest cousin, the first of the Morrow clan. Teddy was a gracious and gentle man that shared his life and wisdom with us all. We send our thoughts, love and prayers to Dorothy and her sons and daughter and to Cousin Jerry.
