Greetings Mary McCallum,
I hope you are still reading the guest book!
I just looked up Michael McCallum on google, and found this website honoring your mother. God Bless You for surviving so much this lifetime. I know you live in a peaceful place. I miss Michael very much and know his Grandmother must have been a really awesome person.
You and I have meet a few times, when I was working at Michael's studio, and you sent me a card in Seattle about his passing. I just worked with someone with a niece who plays college basketball in Portland, and I thought of Michael and his documentary work there, and wondered if he finished a piece on it? I would love to see it if he did, and will purchase a copy if available. I hope you are well and shining in your spirit. Sincerly, Michelle (michelle@greentechfilms.com)

Hi Mary,
I want you to know I'm thinking about you. I hope your mom slipped away peacfully and that you are at peace as well.
Allthough I haven't seen your mom for years, the picture was a pleasure to see. She was so cute!! I'll probably see you running around the lake soon, and as you buzz by, I'll say a prayer for you and your mom... everytime.
Sincerely,
Sue

I HAD THE PLEASURE OF WORKING WITH DOROTHY AT BERNIES CUSTOM PAINT IN THE LATE 70'S . YOU COULD NOT TELL HER AGE AS SHE WAS VERY ACTIVE AND FULL OF LIFE. WE HAD GREAT TIMES WORKING TOGETHER, AND ALSO AT OTHER EVENTS OUTSIDE OF WORK. I HOPE I CAN BE AS YOUNG AS SHE WAS, FOR AS MANY YEARS AS SHE ENJOYED LIFE. WE WILL MISS YOU DOROTHY!! YOUR PAL" HAMBONE"

Dorothy, Last week thoughts of you flitted by my mind while walking through the market and I was sad today to see that you had passed. I have such a fond memory of a Christmas tree trimming we shared many years ago when I was new to this area. MIchael wanted you to meet me, so we showed up to help you trim your Christmas tree. It was just the four of us, you, Mary, Michael and me and we were talking of Christmas's past while decorating the tree with all the 'red' theme ornaments, and I mentioned that I loved to play Christmas music while I did my tree. You jumped up with a glee and said "so do I, and I have all these old Christmas albums, let's put on some music". You had an impressive stack of old vinyl records, and pretty soon the log house was filled with sounds of Nat King Cole and Bing Crosby singing chestnuts roasting on an open fire. Mary and Michael may have been groaning a bit and rolling their eyes, but we were in Christmas heaven. And this year Dorothy while trimming my tree, I am going to salute you with some of my old Christmas caroles and dedicate "Silent Night, Holy Night" to you. Thanks for the memories.
