A year has lapsed
since you have passed,
and my, do I miss you so!
Your love and laughs
and tales of the past...
it was hard to let you go.
But I knew Kim was there
to give you care...
she missed you more than we.
I couldn't be sad
knowing the pain you had..
still miss you though. Love, Me

We live in the home that Ron and Kim shared in Topeka, Kansas. We first met Ron as we were looking for a house, and immediately fell in love with this kind hearted man who was older than us in years, but still so young at heart. We looked forward to Ron's visits back to Topeka, and were honored that he chose to spend time with us when he did return. The last time we saw Ron, he spent the evening in our home and we were so excited to show him the remodeling we have done. He gave us his approval, and we are so glad we were able to get his thumbs-up on our work!
When Ron moved out, he left behind several items for us - one of which was a huge box of Christmas decorations and lights that Kim had collected over the years. We never met Kim in person but we feel like she has touched our lives, both through this wonderful house and also because over the holidays, our home is decorated with the same lights that Kim used every year. We also saw the love Ron had for Kim, and although we are sad to hear of his passing, we are so glad that he is finally back in her arms. We love you, Ron!

Man what a Dad , He will be missed more then words can say and it would take a book to tell everyone how he touch my soul and taught me alot of differnet things that I will carry through life. Although he was not my true father but a father-in law he treated me like a true daughter and I will always be thankfull. I am glad he is back with kim were he has yearned to be for a long time . Miss you dearly Ron.

I sure enjoyed Ron everytime I was able to be around him. He always sparked people to enjoy themselves and each other. He will truly be missed, but had a good life.
