My Dear Sister Debbie
Our Friendship was a promise that was spoken only by the heart.
It was that promise that was renewed every time two friends meet and smile and enjoy the good times that came from simply being together. It was the times we shared both glad and sad times, a promise to think of each other fondly whether near or far apart, the times we paryed together for our Family,s and cryed togerther, laughter, But we always found the rainbow.
Debbie, you always loved the angels! Now you are in heaven amoung geting your wings, and seeing what we have yet to see the Face of God WOW. Always , Always know you were Loved
You were a gift to this world and a blessing to me.. and that will never change. Your Sis, Nancy Duke (Leatherman) and Duke

Gary,
My prayers and thoughts are with you, the love of her life since she was sweet sixteen, and your children through this time of remembering.
I will never forget her and Pam doing their "old couple" routine, everyone would roll on the floor laughing everytime.
Also, very thankful Marianna and I followed our hearts last summer to Washington to spend more good times and laughter together.
To you, Deb, my forever friend, I'll be seeing you again one day where we'll never have to say goodbye, or shed another tear!

I went to Lathrop Junior High School with Debbie. I have so many fond memories of her and her best friend Pam that they just seem to always roll around in my head with laughter behind each memory. We had so much fun in those heady days. We were friends then and even the years of seperation (due to life going on) did not change those heart felt memories and the fun and friendship we all had with Debbie. She always had a smile on her face and most of all a good heart. She never had anything bad to say about anyone. I think if she did not enjoy some one she simply did not speak about them. She was a true Gem and will be missed by all old and new friends. My Love and Prayers go out to all her family. Sweet Dreams My Friend, Rest Well With Love Janie Barger

Please know that our family is praying for you during this time and we love you all very much. A song I know Aunt Debbie loved was Angels Among Us, ............"I believe there are angels among us. Sent down to us from somewhere up above. They come to you and me in our darkest hours to guide us with the light of love." .....................
I believe in angels too. I believe Aunt Debbie was/is our angel. We will miss her without measure but can you imagine the reunion that she is having in heaven right now? I bet it is a great party.

Dear Debbie: I know things have been very rough for you for quite a while, but now, you can relax and enjoy your eternal life in heaven. The bible says that there is 'rejoicing' when one of there own 'comes home'. So you are home now......blessing to your family and friends..........
