Obituary of Richard V. Johnson

None Our loving father, Richard V. Johnson, M.D., 75, passed away Saturday, October 15, 2005. He was born March 9, 1930. A memorial service will be held at 12:00 noon. on Thursday, October 20, 2005 at the Masonic Center, 521 North St. SE, Tumwater. Dr. Johnson is survived by his two sons, Richard G. Johnson and Burton S.L. Johnson; his daughter, Stephanie Cyphers; and three grandchildren.
