Maxine was a very special part of our family, and always such a fun and loving person to be around. She always made us wish we could live closer to both "Uncle Wes" and "Aunt Maxine". I am so sorry I was unable to be there for her memorial, but I was there in spirit. Love to all, from the Wilson's.

Maxine was such a darling, and I shall always remember her grace and courage as she dealt with all the side effects of her treatment. Not a shift went by that she didn't ask me how I was, and how my boys were. We shared many moments of laughter and had some great talks about life. I shall cherish the opportunity I had to know her so briefly, and the great privilege afforded me to serve her as one of her nurses. My heart goes out to you all.
Blessings,
Liz Harrison

Maxine was the sister I never had and a loyal and loving friend. I enjoyed hearing about her beloved family and sharing her love of Jesus and Trinity Lutheran Church. She was generous and funny. We laughed often during our long and frequent telephone calls. I miss her greatly and will always treasure our friendship. Thank you, our Heavenly Father, for Maxine.

Aspire (non-smoking program) brought Maxine into my life over 9 years ago. I've enjoyed her classy elegance and wit as we celebrated the anniversary. Rest in peace, my friend, until we meet again.

Maxine always kept track of me as the years past. She was a dear dear friend of my mothers, and after my mom passed away she remained a dear friend of mine. She was a delight and I'm a better person for having known her.

Maxine was a beautiful person. We loved her dearly. The footprints she left on our hearts will remain forever and we look forward to the day when we will join both Wes and Maxine in our Father's home.
