Obituary of Traci Clinteen King

Traci Clinteen King January 7, 1958 – July 14, 2013 Traci was born to Clinton C. King and Sharleen Foerster on January 7, 1958 in Olympia, Washington. She passed away on July 14, 2013 at her home. Traci graduated from Olympia High School in 1976. She worked for the Simpson Timber Company for over 20 years. She loved her job and always took pride in her work. Traci enjoyed going to car shows, doing holiday crafts, and liked to go to the ocean. She was a friend to everyone she met and had a kind and loving heart. Each year at Christmas, Traci (our “Sissy”) would make wreaths for family and friends. She created them with different themes and loved giving them as presents. Her family proudly placed these on our doors to welcome in the holidays. Traci was preceded death by her father, Clinton C. King. She is survived by her mother, Sharleen Foerster, and stepfather, Karl Foerster of Arizona; her son, Martin J. Ferrell of Olympia; long-time companion, Dale Ferrell of Olympia; and three sisters, Vikki Smith (Brian), Terri Madison, and Sherri Larson of Lacey and Olympia. She also leaves behind six nephews and one niece. Traci will be remembered for her smile and sense of humor. She was always quick to say “I love you” and her greatest joy in life has always been her son, Marty. The family will be holding a private memorial service at a later date.
