I had the great pleasure of meeting Patty only one time about a year ago in Centralia. She was one of the most cheerful people I have ever met and she had me dancing with her even shortly after I drew her blood. I knew I had met an angel. She had the soul of a saint and was so happy. She made an imprint on my heart that I will never forget. I can’t wait to dance with her in Heaven. It’s the hardest time of life when you lose a Mother my friends, I know from experience. You need to know that she is in a place where there is pure joy, peace and comfort. She is watching over you with pride and love and is only a prayer away. God Bless you all….I am so very happy you were blessed with such an amazing Momma. HUGE HUGS…Love, Shelli

What a beautifully written obituary about a beautiful woman! I didn’t have the privilege of knowing your Mom as many years as your other friends, but was always greeted with her smiles and stories. I loved how she wasn’t afraid to speak her mind. I will definitely miss her graceful dancing. She was full of love…………I know you will all miss her greatly. My deepest sympathy and prayers for all of the family. God bless all of you.

Patty was a wonderful and special person to me. She was always laughing, dancing, and living life to the fullest. I was lucky to be one of her many adopted children and have many good memories. I am so great full and honored for all of the years that she’s been in my life. I know she is now in a better place even though she will truly be missed. My thoughts and prayers are with her family at this very difficult time.

Patty was so beautiful and funny. I will never forget her 70th ( I think it was her 70th) Birthday Party and her dancing with Steven and Scott. Patty lived life to the fullest. She was quite a character and raised so many beautiful children. You are all blessed to have a mom like Patty. So sorry for your loss but you still have all of the memories and faith that she is with the Lord.

MOM, it has been a week and I still can’t believe you are gone. I feel like I have been walking around in a fog and this is a dream and I need to wake up.
Today I finally have been able to cry and realize it is true you are gone.
You were my best friend. I want you to know you were the best Mom. You raised 7 of us on your own and did the best you could. We always had a nice home and clothes and you always put us first.
You were so beautiful inside and out. You gave to everyone in need before yourself even though you could of used the money.
Your love for dancing and we all know you were and are the best dancer everywhere you went.
You were known for the lady that shimmy’s and yes I still can’t shimmy but I promise I will keep on trying. Sometimes I was embarrassed because you would shimmy anywhere but I have to say I wish you were here shimmy all over and I would not feel the same.
I have so many great memories that I can’t even list.
I thank you for having us all go to church with you on Mother’s Day. That is the day I accepted the Lord Jesus and thank you Mom for loving Jesus the way you did.
I will truly be lost without you but until we meet again in Heaven Mom.
I love and miss you so much!

Truly an amazing woman! Patty always welcomed me with open arms and a pretty smile. It was a pleasure and at times a fun experience to be in Patty’s company. Her sense of humor was endless and her children will surely keep that legacy alive. My love and prayers go out to Suzanne, Sharilyn, Shannie, Shellynne, Scotty, Steven and Shawn.
