Dear Elsie,
I'm so sorry for your loss. I first met Babe when a grand parent passed and left me 100 shares of Standard Oil of Indiana. I walked into Dean Securities and Babe asked if he could help. I liked and trusted him him immediately.
I thought of him as my west coast father figure and financial adviser. My father also flew in the war and Babe would occasionally share stories with me about his time in the service.
Glad he and I got to go out fishing that one time. I don't think we were lucky with the fish that day but we had a great time out on the lake together.
With love,
George

Dear Elsie and Girls,You might remember me when "Babe" chided me for taking most of the good municipal bonds when I worked with him at Dean Seurities. I just couldn't help myself and I tried to explain that to him. Anyway, I know that his success at Dean's was due to his good nature and hard work. I remember his many trips to help others at the Prison. I know that he loved the Lord and it showed in his countenance. I wish I could join you on Saturday, but I will be away. May God bless.

He was the most wonderful man I have ever known. He took care of me after my father died then my brother and mother. He was always there for me. Most giving man you would ever know. He loved everyone. He loved life. So sad he is gone. I know he is with everyone I have lost and he is at peace now. This wonderful man is my uncle Babe. Miss you and love you forever.
