Obituary of Don J. Zenke

No visitation DONALD J. ZENKE Donald John Zenke, 72, of Olympia, died February 2, 2007 at his home. Donald was born June 19, 1934 in Olympia, Washington to John and Daphne (Willett) Zenke. Don graduated from Eureka High School in 1952. He worked for Simpson Plywood from the time he graduated until his retirement. He moved back to Olympia in 1995. Don enjoyed recording and watching movies. He had a special interest in classic cars having owned several classics himself. You would find Don often times heading to car shows and the drag races. Don also gave service to the community by participating as a volunteer delivery person for Meals on Wheels. Survivors include cousins Jon Lucas, Annette Antonson and Janice Schilling.
