Obituary of Roger Lee Woiderski

Roger Lee Woiderski On December 14, 2010, Roger Lee Woiderski lost his fight with cancer at home, with his wife, family and friends at his side. Roger was born to Emma and Carl Henry Woiderski on May 14, 1944, in Cheboygan, Michigan. Roger wore many hats in his short lifetime. He served our country as a member of the U.S. Air Force, and was an accomplished pilot and flight instructor. He was a commercial fisherman in Alaska, a welder fabricator, and also a garlic farmer, in which he took much pride. He was a musician, playing the accordion, piano and guitar. Roger is survived by his wife Judy and her two children Christine Redmond and Brendan McCall; son Carl (Jessica) and their daughter Jenna; other grandchildren Izaak and Sophie Gardia; sister Barb (Patrick) Cormican; brothers Gayle (Carol) Woiderski, Terry (Jane) Woiderski, and Tim Woiderski. Roger was preceded in death by his father Carl Woiderski, mother Emma Benz, brother Dennis, daughter Andrea Gardia, step-father Robert (Pa) Wheelock, and many aunts and uncles.
