Obituary of Brian C. Wise

Brian C. Wise, 59, of Olympia, died at his home on Sunday, October 15, 2006. He was born March 3, 1947 in Minneapolis, Minnesota to Clement M. and Marion E. (Armstrong) Wise. He graduated from Dupont High School in 1965 and received his Bachelor of Science at Evergreen in 1992. He furthered his education receiving his Master’s Degree in Environmental Science. Brian lived in Oregon, Los Banos, California and Washington before settling in Olympia in July of 1987. On July 17, 1971 he married Marianne Azevedo in Ensenada, Mexico. He had worked for the Dairy Men’s Association in Los Banos and most recently he was the Safety Program Manager for the Liquor Control Board. Brian loved his dog Max, he was an avid reader, especially of history. He also enjoyed taking trips to Mexico. Brian is survived by his ex-wife, Marianne Azevedo of Olympia; son, Baron and his wife, Julie of Olympia; sister, Jeanne Gonsalves, her husband Richard and their family of Lodi, California and his mother Marion Wise of Lodi, California.
