Kuinise Seiu Togafiti Wily Kuinise Wily, 69, passed away May 19, 2011, in Shelton, Washington. He was born July 24, 1941, to Felisi and Tuli Togafiti Wily in Safotu, Samoa. He resided in Laie, Hawaii, and retired from Hawaiian Electric as a lineman. Kuinise was “DA MAN,” who loved life, helping family and friends, golfing, fishing, dancing, and singing. He also was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He is the proud father of Sekeli Manu Togafiti-Wily (deceased), Kuinise Aisa Togafiti-Wily, Tayor Tuli Togafiti-Wily, Aofaga Albert Togafiti-Wily, Rita Lagalaga Togafiti-Wily, Salai Vai Togafiti-Wily; brother of Wayne Wily (deceased), Kalike Filiga Wily, Taylor Wily, Attarota Wily, Ionatana Tausa, Iakopo Tausa, Oliana Wily, Nesa Tausa-Hanes, Moana Tausa-Voynow; 30 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. For all who knew and loved him, we will be celebrating the life of our Daddy, Papa, Brother, Son, Cousin, and friend, Kuinise Seiu Togafiti-Wily, Saturday, May 28, 2011, 2:00 p.m. at the Pavilion at Sentry Park, 190 W.
