Obituary of Frank R. Weatherbie

It is with great sadness and relief that Frank Richard Weatherbie passed away in his home with family and friends by his side, on Sunday, November 25, 2007. He served in the Army for 2 years from 1951-1953. He also worked for the Olympia Post Office for 8 years. From there he worked for the Olympia Brewery until his retirement in 1990.Frank was also a member of the Elks, Eagles, Moose and AMVETS clubs. He loved to golf and bowl. Above all he enjoyed watching his grandsons play baseball. He was proud that the Weatherbie family was in the Olympia area for over 100 years. Frank is survived by his wife of 56 years, Yvonne; his sole brother, John Weatherbie; 3 daughters, Tasha Rotter, Lynn Green (George), Pam Warner; 9 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. A memorial service will be held on Friday, November 30, 2007 at 11:00 Am at the VFW, 2902 Martin Way East, Olympia, Washington.
