Robert Wagner

Obituary of Robert Keith Wagner

Robert K. Wagner went to be with his Lord and Savior on July 31, 2004. Robert was the son of John Phillip Wagner and Elsie Dora Lewis. He was born August 1, 1955 in Olympia. Robert felt that God must have needed some excellent remodeling work done in heaven. He lived in the same home in East Olympia for the past 29 years. He was the owner of Wagner General Contracting (previously Contractors Northwest). Robert was infamous for “putting other people’s needs before his own”. Among the many hats that he wore, he was perhaps most proud of his roles as: surrogate father to younger men, mentor, best friend, and helper to the needy. He was also a model husband, brother, son, uncle, step-father and step-grandfather. Robert found true love and happiness when he met and married his soul mate, Teresa Ranieri in August of 2001. Besides his loving wife, Robert leaves his mother and father; brother, Terrance Wagner and sister, Pamela Sapp, all of Olympia. Numerous cousins, nephews, nieces and grand nephews and nieces will also dearly miss him. A memorial service will be held to celebrate his life at the East Olympia Community Church on Saturday, August 7, 2004 at 4:00 p.m. The family suggests that donations may be made to the American Cancer Society in Robert’s name. Arrangements are with Funeral Alternatives of Washington, 360-753-1065.
