I will remember Pat for her kindness and her laugh. She always had a way of making you feel good. She was a good friend. When I think back, I've known Pat for almost thirty-five years, she will be with me always. Roger and Jean Rene, my deepest sympathies in the loss of this dear woman.

I'll always remember with appreciation and laughs the many days spent with Pat as she took such wonderful care of my grandmother. Her great sense of humor and contagious smiles and laughter made every day a joy, on top of the generosity, patience and kindness she showed. We will miss her very, very much.

Pat was such a caring person. In any situation or circumstance, she always found a reason to be happy, be on the bright side, and make everyone smile. I don't know what I would have done some days without her when she took care of my mom. To Pat ~ you had been my client and wonderful friend for many years ~ For the days I have left, I will trully miss you. But I know you're at peace ~ I know where you are and I will see you again.

From the other side of our country we shared all the wonderful moments from the miles apart. It was a passing a few years back that we got the moment to see Pat, I remember the excitment we felt to so her.
It's a joy to share every time that we spend as a family for life is so full of unexpecting turns. We will remember Pat as a loving and caring person who will remain in our hearts till our day brings us to her again.

Matante Pat,
Your special laugh which involved your whole body shaking will always be in my memory. I loved the time I visited your family with my mom and we wrote recipes for hours. I remembered babysitting Jean-Rene when he was a baby and the joy he would bring to your face. As my mom loved and worried about you, I take comfort in knowing you are now both reunited. Give her a hug from me and I will see you both someday!

Some people make no commotion, little noise, and no attempt to draw attention. Yet I always noticed Roger and Pat and their presence, quiet as it was at Mass, spoke of devotion and love. Pat must have suffered, but her quiet demeanor was very Christlike, not a protest or complaint. Her faith, her devotion to Roger, was very clear; his tenderness and patience was obvious.
God bless you both; Pat put up a heroic struggle and was a powerful example to all.
