Aunt Billie was always a favorite of mine- though I didn't see her much in the past 25 years or so, I did stop by when I could. One of the sweetest, simplest people I've ever known. Her wonderful smile, her contagious laugh, her gracious love, ... I know we'll all miss her. To all her kids, my cousins, you have my sympathy. I'll remember her forever.

I loved Billie just like my family, she was my neighbor for over 30 years. We had a few secret outings and shared many stories. A few of my favorite memories were taking her Spooner Strawberries , and also her hanging on to a bucket of ice cream with her sweetie at Safeway! She also did the jitterbug at Charlies! Billie was one of a kind and I will miss her!

Though I have not seen her since I was just a little girl. I remember little bits about her from when I was little. She is my grandmother, and Jimmy is my father. Jimmy Ray and Mellisa are my bother and sister that I have not seen in 14 years. J.R. and Melissa had the opportunity to meet my daughter when she was just a baby. I am sorry that she was never able to meet her great grandmother Billie. Though I hope one day she will be able to meet her grandpa jimmy.

I've been missing Billie in her chair by the window and now I know she was called home to heaven. We always joked when she would call the little store and I would give her the lottery numbers -there was a smile in her voice, "Again, not a winner". Her spirit will live on in our corner of the world forever.

Billie was my Grandmother's and Uncle's next door neighbor for about the last 35 years, maybe more. She always had a smile and a wonderful sense of humor. A heart of gold too. I will miss her. God Bless her and all of her family.

We were some of the people that used to look for her in her swing, or lately in her wheelchair, she always smiled and waved, John would stop and talk to her once in awhile we were so sorry to hear of her passing, we were saying "she was the East Olympia Icon" HO KA HAY Billie HO KA HAY
we send our prayers to her family and I am sure she will fly with the eagles now and have a "ring side seat to keep an eye on everyone" she will be missed by all
