I met Jack when I lived in Olympia from 1993 to 1996 through Sound Singles. We became good friends by walking together a lot around Oympia. I left Washington for Phoenix in 1996. Jack and I stayed in touch and we visited with each other in Phoenix, Olympia, Los Angeles, and Honolulu. We both had 3 children and grandchildren. Jack had a great time at Spring baseball Cactus League in Phoenix. I miss him.

Jack will certainly be missed. Jack and his sister, Pat, have always been a part of our family. Our mothers were best friends during their school years and the friendship endured. I'm so glad his final days here on earth were some of his better, easier ones. What a way to go - out dancing the night before and having plans for the day beginning with breakfast with good friends. Peace to the family.

We will dearly miss Jack. Something is missing at the VFW dances on Friday nights. Although we have only known Jack for about six years, it was always nice to see him at the singles functions. He certainly will be missed. God be with you all.

Jack was an exceptionally nice man, and a great neighbor. He volunteered for several celebrations held by the neighborhood, and was active in the Vista Village community.
He was always ready to help. Just lately, I had a problem, and he immediately told my housemate, "If she has trouble again, you tell her to call me and I will help". What a special man!!!
Jack will stay in our hearts forever, and you are in our thoughts and prayers.
