My brother Dennis was a fun guy. He always had a smile or joke or funny email. Gary enjoyed conversing with Dennis cuz he had such a dry, quick wit. They had many laughs together. Although, most of the time Dorothy or I were the butt of the laughs. When we were young Dennis was staying with us and making our breakfast. He made pancakes one morning but didn't notice the syrup was old and mouldy. We complained but he made us eat it anyway and I never let him live that down. That's why I was always his favorite sister, no matter what Barbie Doll says. We will miss him that's for sure. If you need something, Dorothy, just give us a call. You are welcome in Colorado anytime. We love you. Ginny & Gary

Ah, Dennis, happily presiding behind the grill as King of the Barbecue, puttering in the yard while Melissa dreamed doggy dreams in the back of his car (also known as the babysitter), and regaling guests with his jokes during the various Christmas open houses. You will be so missed!
Blessings to Ron Seabourne for his wonderful and loving brotherly assistance to Dorothy and Dennis when they most needed it. And Dorothy, you have my numbers--call me when you need me, always, I can be there in a red hot minute! Love, K.

Dorothy, you were very strong for Dennis when he most needed your support, thank you. I appreciated Dennis' dry sense of humor and his emails. We had had fun teasing about the fact that I could sign an email "YFS" (Your Favorite Sister) and it meant me, not my sister Ginny. Shift Easy and Drive Slow brother.

Dorothy, I truly will miss all the e-mail jokes and all the times Dennis scolded me for forwarding stories before checking if they were true or not. We were e-mail buddies and he taught me a lot! I loved his sense of humor; but most of all, I admired him for the love and respect he always had for you. I hope the wonderful memories will be comfort to you in the coming days, and please know you are in my thoughts and prayers.

Dorothy,
Sorry to hear about your loss. I do remember Dennis' dry sense of humor, the twinkle in his eyes and the love and companionship you shared together. How fortunate the two of you were to find one another.
