Obituary of David E. Stevens

David E. Stevens David E. Stevens, 52, of Olympia, WA died November 17, 2008 at St. Peter Hospital. He left too soon for all. David was a resident of Olympia for most of his life. He graduated from Clover Park Technical College. He was a Master Technician in security systems. He is survived by his mother Wilma Stevens, father James Stevens, companion Debbie Stevens, 9 children: Erin Clifton, Joseph Stevens, Celena Stevens, Nadine Sordahl, Tammy, Katrina, Janean, Mike, and Steven. David loved all sports; baseball and football in particular. He loved nature and the great outdoors, ice cream and iced tea. He also had an artistic side. He enjoyed camping, target shooting and rock n’ roll. David’s greatest joy was his grand and great-grandchildren: Malachi, Alisha, Bohdan, Hannah, Amanda, Jose, Angel, LiLiana, Lorena, Leo, Lucy, Thomas, Alexis, Alisha, Melina, Anissa, Tyler, Grandy, Bailey, and Iris Christine who is due to arrive in 2009; and great-grandchildren; Alazy, Senni, and Lil Angel. He is also survived by his brothers Mike and Tracey Stevens, and sister Shae Benoit. Memorial contributions can be made to the Thurston County Food Bank in David’s name.
