The one time I met Henry was at a class reunion Ginger and Henry came out to in Wall SD a few years ago. He didn't know any of the old high school friends, and of course some of us hadn't seen each other for many years. I saw him as a gracious and polite man, and Ginger as a very happy person. I could tell that Ginger and Henry had been very good for each other. I am sorry for your loss.

BG and Herb,
What an amazing man your father was, truly larger than life. I know how much he meant to you by the way you spoke of him and how you laughed when you talked about him. I remember the first time I met him. I was doorbelling his house and we had a lovely conversation. I had left him an informational sheet and about five minutes after I had left his porch, he called me on my cell phone to ask another question. Of all the doors I have knocked on in the years since, he is still the only one who called me to follow up on our conversation while I was still doorbelling. He was so charming and genuine. I did not know he was your dad until a few weeks later, but I was not surprised. He was just as you had described him. Talk about a life well lived. We hope your happy memories of him bring you comfort in the days ahead.
Love,
Kim and John Wyman

Henry will be greatly missed, I remember as a child having the biggest crush on Uncle Henry because of his dashing good looks and cool lifestyle. He has always been a large presence in life, however, very soft spoken and always so kind. I feel that my husband Art and Henry had a close bond and I am so happy that they were able to meet and spend some time together. I also feel fortunate to have known him and spend the time with him that I did, I just wish it could have been longer. The fact that he and Ginger ended up together was a given as they are both about the most wonderful people Art and I have had the pleasure of knowing. We send our love to Ginger and all of the family, and want you to know that you are in our thoughts.
Love,
Art and Paula
