Obituary of David E. Sage

David E. Sage, 60, a 25 year resident of Shelton, passed away at home, on February 11, 2010. David was born October 8, 1949 in Fort Scott, Kansas to Guy and Suedena Sage. He graduated from Iola High School in Iola, Kansas and served in The US Army. On September 27, 1985, he married Anita Burkhart in Olympia, WA. David worked for the Simpson Timber Company and then for the State of Washington, Department of Transportation.His favorite pastimes were playing with his grandchildren and building cars. Surviving David are his wife, Anita; daughters, Kristen and Brooke; 3 grandchildren; 9 brothers and 3 sisters. He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister.
