Obituary of Dorothy Runyon

3:30 pm - 7:30 pm Tues., Sept. 23, 2008 Masonic Center 455 North St SE Tumwater Dorothy Runyon Dorothy Runyon of Lacey, WA, went to be with the Lord on September 18, 2008. She passed away in her home surrounded by her family and friends who loved her dearly. For 91 years Dorothy blessed everybody she touched with her kindness and love for life. She will truly be missed by all who knew her. Dorothy was preceded in death by her husband, Pastor Clifford Runyon and daughter, Patsy Roberts and sister Esther Miller. She is survived by her children, Lee Roberts (Clyde), Gwen Stewart (Stan), Jenny Nebeker, Cliff Runyon (Judy) and Dottie Britt, all from the Olympia area and son-in-law, Johnnie Roberts, of Moxee, WA, and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren. She also leaves behind lots of grand doggies who all adored their grandma. Dorothy was loved by everyone at the church. She is a founding member of First Church of Lacey. In lieu of flowers, it is suggested that donations be made in Dorothy's name to the First Church of Lacey (for the building fund), P. O. Box 5909, Lacey, WA 98503.
