Obituary of Barbara Pratt

Barbara Jean Pratt Barbara Jean Pratt, 78, passed away Feb. 19, 2010 at Providence St. Peter Hospital in Olympia, Washington. Barbara was born April 1, 1931 in Sandy, Utah to Thomas and Fernie (Price) Mace. She lived in and around Salt Lake City, Utah. She moved to Tenino, Washington and lived there for 39 years. She had many jobs including; seamstress, cook, chicken de-beaker, and a training specialist. She loved gardening, scrapbooking, collecting tea pots and volunteering at the Tenino Senior Center. Barbara was a member of the Bucoda Christian Assembly and the Skoocumchuck Grange. She was a very giving person, took in every stray kid and adult that came to her door. She was feisty and ornery and the hardest working person ever born. Barbara is survived by her son Danny Pratt and daughters Debbie Case and Kelly Pratt; her brothers Clem, Almie, Guy, Ben, Tom, Dan, Bruce, Russel, Larry and Mike; sisters Fern, Donna and Ethel; eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Preceding her in death were her son Mark Pratt and daughter Bobby Sievert. There will be a memorial service on Saturday, February 27, 2010 at 3:00 pm at the Bucoda Christian Assembly 102 N.
