Uncle Rock
As you enter your new life and finally have some peace, you leave behind som many good memories of you, the way you touched so many peoples lives one way or anther. You knew what was important in live, your family, friends, and caring for others. You will not be remembered for the kind of house you lived in, the fancy car you drove, but for the difference you made in so many peoples lives, things that will live on from this generation to the next. You understood that and that is a gift that many people never discover. I will always remember you for your laughter and your love of all kids. The first time I visited you from Guam, the first time you met my kids, you were in the front yard riding bikes with them and running through the sprinklers with them, you were always a big kid at heart. Even though they didn't see you for many years after that, they always remembered you. You can fianlly rest in peach with no more pain and suffering.
Love always
Your Niece Becky

Dear Pat and Family,
I was so sorry to hear of Rockys death, but was glad i had the privilege to be with him and Pat over the years when I visited in the area. My thoughts and prayers are with you. I would want to come to the service, but will be house and dog sitting for my brother on Camano Island during that time. I cannot leave the dogs that long, but will take a moment and think of Rocky on the 27th of August. God bless you all. Love, Helga

Dear Patty, Steve and David,
You all, with your husband/father,Rocky are among the friends who have become foremost in our hearts and minds. We remember often our ministry in Camp Grisdale, the "highlight" of our ministry. You and Rocky were always so hospitable, kind and friendly. It was apparent to all what a family man Rocky was; how he loved you Patty and David and Steve. What a comfort it is to know, without question, that he is a child of God and you will see him and enjoy one another again forever in the presence of our Lord Jesus -- no more sorrow and grief. Until then do continue to trust in the Lord (Psalms 68: 4, 5).

Dear Patty & family,
We have fond memories of our newlywed years at Camp Grisdale from 1970 to 1974. A Sunday school had been started in camp and God was there with us. Times like this are hard for us, but we know we can look forward to a better life ahead. The Big Logging Camp in the Sky will be a Grisdale reunion and much more. We are trying to see you at the memorial service.
Love, Larry & Kathy Perrigo

I will never forget Rocky and memories of Grisdale. I will always remember "Tweedle Dee" and "Tweedle Dum". Rocky always had a smile and a hug for me whenever I saw him and Patty. I will miss him.
