Obituary of Bonnie Lou Parker

Bonnie Lou Parker Bonnie Lou Parker, 82, of Lacey passed away Wednesday, December 3, 2008 at Evergreen Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Bonnie was born in Olympia, Washington on January 26, 1926 to Vivian Virginia (Allen) Eubanks and Albert Eubanks. She attended South Bay schools. She married Vergil Drew (Spider) Lindholm-Parker on June 21, 1947. They divorced in 1980. In her twenties, she enjoyed riding motorcycles with Spider and other members of the Olympia Motorcycle Club; they attended Gypsy Tours, the Death Head Derby, and many other events. From the 1950s through the early 1970s, she was a lap checker on a scoring crew, working at both motorcycle and auto racing events at various tracks across the Pacific Northwest. She loved riding her bicycle with her friend, Betty, playing the spoons, and enjoyed working part-time up until the time of her passing. She was preceded in death by her parents; her brother, Pasquale Eubanks; her sister, Marie Kovaloff; and her son, Steven D. Parker. She is survived by her daughter, Marilyn Lindholm; two grandsons, Robert V. Varpness and Dustin D. Varpness; her brother, James Jernigan; and several nieces and nephews.
