Obituary of Renee Parke

NA Renee June Parke Renee Parke left her earthly family on Wednesday, May 9th after a long illness. She was preceded in death by her mother Clara, her father Earle, her sister Arlene and two of her brothers, Bill and Dale. She is survived by her devoted husband Jerry of 23 years, daughter Danielle (Mitch), sons Larry and Patrick (Stacie), step daughter Jessie, stepson Jeremy (Jane), brother Earle, eight grandchildren and numerous other family members. Renee was borne and raised in Pontiac, Illinois. She raised her two older children in Casper, Wyoming and lived the last 23 years in Olympia, Washington where she raised her youngest son. The joy of Renee’s life was her family, especially her grandchildren. She was a loving, generous woman who never met a stranger. She enjoyed reading, gardening and traveling. Her favorite place on earth was St, Petersburg Beach, Florida, which will be her final resting place. While she will be missed terribly, we have peace in knowing that she knew Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior and has joined Him in paradise.
