Peggy & Jeri,
I'm so sorry to hear of your loss. Your mom was an inspiration to me, and one of those 'special' educators that will never be forgotten. She had a passion for her students, and was much more than just a teacher of mere facts and knowledge. It was not beneath her to wag her finger in the face of an impish student when a stern reprimand was in order; yet when I went through a very difficult time, it was your mom's arms that reached out to comfort me. She is a member of a very small and select group of teachers that I refer to as 'shining stars' - educators who impact their students through nurturance, kindness, time, and devotion. When I think of people who have made a huge impact in my life, Glennys was one of those people. I was a very soft-spoken, shy little girl when I was giving my first 4-H demonstration. I was so scared getting up in front of our small group that I broke down in tears and ended up on the lap of my judge, Mrs. Pacsmag. She gave me hugs and encouraged me to go on and finish my presentation. With a sweet smile at the end of my talk she handed me my first blue ribbon. I'm absolutely sure that it was her confidence in me that has since allowed me to speak in front of groups numbering in the hundreds, including presidents and CEOs of companies, even the second lady of the United States. Glennys will always remain a special person in my memories. My prayers are with your whole family at the loss of such a special loved one. Andrea Wick (andrea.wick@comcast.net)

Peg, Jeri and family, I feel very lucky to have known your mom as she was truly a wonderful person and will be greatly missed. I have so many great memories of her (and the times Peg and I spent together). She not only touched my life, but the life of my children as well when they were in 4-H. Dear Peggy, Jeri and Families,
Your mom was very special to me. As a beginning teacher at Napavine, she was my mentor from 1966 to 1968. I learned so much from her, as a person, a teacher and a friend. I remember many agonizing and fruitful discussions about what to about this situation and what to about that student, or school problem. I could always count on her. Her counsel, friendship and insight was truly life touching for me at a crucial time in my life journey.
Her sense of humor was always keen and we shared many happy times and chuckles. Her smile and sense of humor was another one of her many wonderful characteristics.
My sincerest condolences for your loss.

Scott, Jeri, and Family,
I want to let you know how special Glennys is to me. She was a wonderful woman with many qualities. I enjoyed every moment of caring for her. She is the kind of person who makes my job worth while. I can remember when her and I would sit on the couch in the activity room before dinner and read books and magazines, but I will never forget the rough times we had either....But we made it through. :)
I want you to know she will always have a special place in my heart, and will be dearly missed.
All my thoughts and prayers are with you at this difficult time.
God Bless,
Krissy Seals
ps) I will be coming to the potluck on Sunday before I go to work.

Dear Peggy and Jeri and Familes, I'm so sorry to hear about your Mom, She was a wonderful lady. I enjoyed her as a teacher, but my best momeries are of her as our Mother Advisor in Rainbow Girls, I got to know her as a person, not just a teacher. I have been lucky enough to have her as my friend since I have grown up and had children.
My kids always knew we would be stopping at the bottom of the hill to see her on Holloween. My son went to school with Jeremy, they joined the Marines about the same time. Mom Pasmag will alway have a special place in our hearts and Dean and I are so sorry for your loss

I worked with Glennys for over 25 years and very much admired her love and dedication to teaching youth and her 4-H commitments. The last couple of years have been hard on all who knew her and I will miss her very much. Richard worked with her for many years on the Mayfield Youth Camp Board.
Condolences to the family
