Obituary of Richard Miranda

Richard Miranda Richard Dorland Miranda died on November 2, All Souls’ Day, after a long illness. Rick was a gentle spirit and a compassionate man. He was born on June 30, 1942 in Spokane, WA. He is survived by many who loved him dearly -- his wife, Judy; his daughter and son-in-law Meredith and Donnie Lassiter; his son Garrett and granddaughter Maddison; his daughter and son-in-law Tami and Matt Bradley and grandson Tanner; his brothers Gary (and wife Patty), Terry (and wife Patti), and Pat; his sister Mary Jo; his sister-in-law Robin; and his mother-in-law Helen Tankersley. He was preceded in death by his brother, Ron, and his father and mother, Dominic and Virginia. A celebration of his life will be held at 11 am on Saturday, Nov. 7, at Blanchet High School, 8200 Wallingford Avenue N., in Seattle.
