Obituary of Virgil LeRoy Michael

Virgil passed June 9, 2006 from Alzheimer's Disease at Puget Sound Health Care, Olympia, Washington. He was born February 2, 1925 in Olympia, Washington to Homer H. and Myrtle (Zinn) Michael. He served in the European Theater in the United States Army during World War II.He was preceeded in death by his parents, two brothers and five sisters. He is survived by his wife Helen (Morgan) of 60 Years, sons Gary (Pat), Terry (Vickie), daughter Sandra Parkhurst and youngest son Randy (Gwen), 14 Grandchildren and 18 Great Grandchildren. He belonged to several bowling leagues and enjoyed camping and fishing with his family. He worked several years as a logger. A Celebration of Virgil's Life will be held June 25 starting at 1:00pm at the Friendly Village Community Building. It will be open to family and friends.
