Obituary of Jean Louise Meyers

Jean Louise Meyers Jean Louise Meyers passed peacefully to her heavenly home on March 15, 2012. Jean was born to Annie K. and Clyde G. Jones on November 18, 1929 in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Graduating from Enola High School in 1947, she married her childhood sweetheart, Niles I. Meyers, on August 29, 1947 in Weldon, North Carolina. Travelling with Niles on his Army adventures, they moved to Olympia in 1958. Jean worked for DSHS as a Computer Programmer until she retired in 1982. She loved reading and gardening, but her greatest loves were her family. Jean is survived by her husband of 65 years, Niles; two daughters, Cindi Kirchmeier and Jan Meyers; one grandson, Brian Palmer and wife Jamie; and two great-granddaughters, Emeory and Trinity.
