We will miss Uncle Charlie so much. We will forever remember him calling and telling us that he has some great corn on the cob and tomatoes, and for us to come over and get some. Even though we didn't visit the way we should, we loved him and will miss him. Aunt Doe, you married one of the best!

I will always remember Uncle Charlie with his cheerful voice and remarkable attitude. His response to "how are you?" was always "if I was any better, I couldn't stand it". That always started our conversations with a laugh! He was a big jokester and I'm sure he's in heaven right now with Daddy telling stories. I'm here for you Aunt Doe & Charlotte. Love you all so much.

Uncle Charlie, I am so going to miss you. I am sorry that we weren't closer as I was growing up. I will always remember my visits to your house when I would come home to see dad for the summers. Aunt Doe, I am always here for you...he will be missed.

My heart goes out to Dortha Jean and Charlotte. Charlie and family became family to me in 1960 and that has never changed. Charlie, thank you for being who you were to me and mine.
