Obituary of Jerome McNulty

Jerry McNulty Jerome C. McNulty, a.k.a. Jerry, Mac and JC, born Sept 18, 1936 passed away on April 14, 2009 after an extended illness. He is survived by his loving companion Verna Rosacrans, son Michael McNulty and wife Lee Ann of Olympia, WA, daughter Debbie Johnson and husband Brooks of Olympia, daughter Kelly Rosacrans of McCleary, WA, sister Pat Flaherty and husband Leon, of Olympia, WA, and sister Lynnda and husband Jim Karn of Lynnwood, WA., 4 grandchildren; Jason and Jennifer McNulty and Tessa and Travis Johnson and numerous nieces and nephews. Jerry was a lifelong resident of Olympia and graduated from Olympia High School in 1954. He was also a member of the National Guard and AMVETS. Jerry retired from the Department of Licensing after 25 years of service specializing in computer systems. Jerry then started his own business called JC’s Fixit specializing in helping friends and families remodel and build their own homes or whatever might have needed fixing. He enjoyed scuba diving, photography, fishing, hunting, horses, working on and driving his T-Bird, the Black Lake Boat Races, clam digging, and socializing with friends at the local watering holes throughout Olympia and Lacey. A salute to Jerry and remembrance of good times past will be held in his honor at his favorite watering hole the Sampan Restaurant and Lounge, 922 Hensley ST NE, Lacey, WA on Saturday May 2, 2009 from 1 p.m. until 4 p.m. Memorial donations suggested to Providence Soundhome Care and Hospice, 3432 South Bay RD NE, Olympia, WA.
