Obituary of Charles McCutcheon

Charles (Chuck) F. McCutcheon Charles McCutcheon passed away December 9, 2011, at home from complications from a serious illness, surrounded by his loving family. He was born December 17, 1939, in Syre, Pennsylvania. He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles F. and Lydia J. McCutcheon, and one daughter, Veronica Lynn McCutcheon. Charles joined the United States Army in 1958, and served three 18-month tours in Vietnam. He retired in 1978 after honorably serving this country. Following his retirement with the Army, Charles served 13 years with the Thurston County Sheriff’s Department. Charles was an avid fisherman and outdoorsman. He was a very caring, loving and faithful husband and father. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends. Charles is survived by his loving wife, Margaret, and their children, Michael E. McCutcheon (Oak Harbor, WA), and Jeanette I. McLeese (Duvall, WA). He also leaves behind one sister, Martha McCutcheon (Phoenix, AZ).
