Obituary of James B. Matasy

None James Boyd Matasy James 64 passed away at his Rainier home on Friday, September 9, 2011. He was born January 13, 1947 to Ignatius John and Kathleen Alice Matasy. He received a Bachelors Degree in Business and major in Economics and bussiness education from the University of Washignton. James married Christine Olson, July 14, 1986 in Seattle. James taught school at Neah bay for 10 years. He was a photographer at Catholic Youth Development , He loved taking pictures of Nature and Indian Art. James was a very friendly, he would talk to strangers all the time. It would take a long time to get in or out places in a timely manner. Surviving are his stepson John Olson, step daughters Candy Pavone and Jennifer James. Brothers Steve Matasy of Bremerton and Ignatius Matasy,Jr. of Oregon; 7 step grandchilden.
