Obituary of Maxine Madden

Maxine B. Madden Maxine B. Madden, 86, died June 27, 2009 in Dupont, WA. She was born August 18, 1922 in Holcomb, Kansas to Louis and Bessie (Wheeler) Odette. Maxine married Edward N. Madden in Denver on February 17, 1950. Prior to moving to Dupont, she lived in Thornton, CO from 1976 to June 20, 2009. Since Maxine’s retirement from United Airlines Credit Union, she has enjoyed traveling, bridge, and other card games. She was a member of St. Mark’s Catholic Church in Westminster, CO. She is survived by her husband, Edward Madden; son, Greg Madden (Kae); brother, Eugene Odette; four grandchildren, Sandi Veliz (Cesar), Mariah Hutto (Billy), Carla Scroggs (Brian), and Melesa Madden; and seven great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her daughter Deborah Pike; and her sister, Evelynn Rhiness. A funeral mass will be held 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, July 1, 2009 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 812 Bowker St. SE, Lacey, WA 98503
