Obituary of Sharon Long

Sharon L. Long (Shari) Sharon Long, 58, passed away on Friday, June 27, 2008. Sharon was born October 29, 1949 in Olympia. She graduated from Olympia High School in 1968. That same year she met and married Jack Long. They had two children; a son, Luke Long and a daughter, Angie (Long) Binion. Sharon was employed by Place One. She enjoyed shopping, gardening, going for walks, camping and spending time with her family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents Martha (Lobe) Elhardt and Robert Elhardt, and her husband Jack Long. She is survived by a sister, Shiela (Rich) Koochagian of Olympia; son Luke (Shelly) Long of Tenino; daughter, Angie (Travis) Binion of Rochester. She had four grandchildren who she adored, Samuel, Jacob, Katie, and Allie. A graveside service will be held 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, July 2, 2008 at Odd Fellows Memorial Park, 3802 Cleveland Ave. SE, Tumwater.
