Obituary of Jule B. Larrison

Jule B. Larrison Jule B. Larrison, 78, of Olympia, died December 25, 2007. She was born July 28, 1929 in Buffalo, New York, to George R. and Agnes A. (Birtch) Burkhart. Jule graduated from Lafayette High School in Buffalo. On June 2, 1952, in Buffalo, she married Charles B. Larrison. She was an Air Force wife and full time mother. Prior to moving to Olympia she had lived in Tehran, Iran from 1976 to 1979 and Lincoln, England from 1991 to 1994. She loved to travel and shop, and was very active in the Shoe Program through the Olympia Masonic Lodge. She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star, Trinity Chapter; Order of the Amaranth; Selah Club; Zora Temple, Daughters of the Nile. Jule is survived by her son, James Larrison, of Bellingham, Washington; three daughters, Cynthia Larrison, of Tacoma, Marie Larrison, of Federal Way, and Melinda Larrison Freeland, of Kent, all of Washington; nephew, Gary Burkhart, of Grand Island, New York; and many great nephews and nieces; also two grandchildren and three great grandchildren. Jule was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Ralph Burkhart. A memorial service will begin at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 5, 2008, Olympia Masonic Lodge, 521 North St. SE, Tumwater, Washington. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to the Charles Larrison Memorial Scholarship c/o Jack Sowers, Olympia Masonic Lodge, 521 North St. SE, Tumwater, Washington, 98501.
