Obituary of Doyle K. Landers

Doyle K. Landers, 85, passed away peacefully at home on May 25, 2010. Born in 1924 in Animas, NM, he spent his adult life as a papermaker in Port Angeles, WA. He was a WWII veteran. Doyle and Vada J. Keen shared a long and loving marriage from 1948 until her death in 1995. Doyle married Naomi Pearson in 2005 sharing a short but joyful relationship.Doyle leaves four children, Ted (Cheri), Jerri (Bill) Brooker, Jonell (Terry) Roragen, Vicki (Jim) Biscay, eight stepchildren and numerous grandchildren. Doyle had an amazing memory, recalling the location of every rest area and cheap gas station in this travels. He passed on a love of reading (esp sci fi) and knew the answer to almost any question asked. Doyle was a funny, loving, kind person who put his family first – always. He will never leave our hearts.
