Obituary of Robert Kramp

Robert Walter Kramp Robert “Bob” Kramp, age 78, of Lacey, WA, passed away peacefully in his sleep at his home on Sunday, October 17, 2010. Born on March 6, 1932 in Spangler, PA, Bob was the son of Lewis Robert and Elizabeth Martha (Krouse) Kramp. Mr. Kramp served his country in the Army during the Korean War. He came to Alaska in 1958 for the adventures and opportunities. In 1965 he homesteaded 160 acres in Eagle River. In 1978 he settled in Willow where he had an excavating business until he retired. He loved to hunt, fish and spend time with his children and grandchildren. Robert is survived by two sons; Tim (Betty) Kramp and Darryl Kramp, five daughters; Karen (Rick) Erdie, Brenda (Neal) Bullock, Barbara “Bobby” (Darrell) Black, Tammy (Arley) Delaney and Kandy (Marty) Schroeder, one brother; Ned Kramp, five sisters; Ruth, Betty, Shirley, Connie and Kaylynn and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, three brothers; Bud, Bill and Ted and one sister, Mina.
