Obituary of Dietrick Jones

Dietrick Jones (1916-2006) Dietrick (Deke) Campbell Jones passed away at home on Nov. 17, 2006. He was born in Olympia, Washington on Dec. 19, 1916. He was an engineer and worked at Boeing for over 40 years. He was past-president of the Federal Way Historical Society, Friendship Force, Northwest Council of Camera Clubs, and the North Lake Improvement Club. He is survived by his wife, Jane Jones, his four children, Jana McIlroy, Marna Jones, Gary Jones, Glenda Jones, and 8 grandchildren. Private burial services were held at the Masonic Memorial Park in Tumwater on Nov. 21st. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Federal Way Historical Society or the North Lake Improvement Club.
