Jim,
Though I haven't seen you in a few years, thinking back I remember JJ's, the WPA Room, endless games of fooseball, partying at your place on Mullen Rd, the ambulance, those unforgetable halloween costumes, and of course your love of Rod Stewart, Roy Orbison and the Traveling Willbury's. May you be at peace. Rock on forever.

Jimmy, I haven't seen you in a quite few years but you will always be special to me. I think back to our teenage/early twenties and you were always part of it. We had some great memories together - all of us - Bernie, Emmett, Ron & Terri, John & Kathy, Chris Norleen, Jenice, Michelle, Terri G., Deanna, and Ellen. I will cherish those memories forever. I will miss you. But now you are at peace and I am grateful for that. Love ya Jimmy!

I am the little sister of Ginger,Ron,and Carl.Jimmy lives about three min. from us so we would see him everyday,he always picked on me but I did"nt mind cause he would do it in such a soft and gentle way that I knew it was out of love. I"v known Jimmy since I was about 8 or 9 years old. Our whole family loves him. When I was 19 yrs.old I moved out of my parents into a mobil home and guess who lives right across the street.(Jimmy) . I remember his socer ball he got from Rod Stewart, he showed that ball and told that stort to everyone, that socer ball meant alot to him. Jimmy was such a fun guy i always liked seeing him, And he was also like a big brother to me. I will truely miss you Jimmy. GOD BLESS. little Cathy Lewis.

Jimmy was a very close childhood friend and well into our adult years. Jimmy was always the fun loving and a little on the wild side of us all which I think is what we loved about him. He always reminded of how John Lennon was next to the other Beatles during the early years. I know I'll miss him and think back of him now and then just I always have. My best wishes to the family. Sincerely Ron Chappell

Jim was a very loving and sensitive man, he loved his family and friends unconditionally and never said a bad word about anyone. He was always talking about what a great life he had. These last few years when he had nothing, he still had wonderful memories. I know for a fact that he is watching over all of us right now.

Jimmy was a very close friend since I was about 10yrs old,I came to know him thru my brothers. We had a large yard at our house growing up, all the kids in the neighborhood would come over to play football or baseball,I remember when Jimmy got to be a captian he would always pick me cause he said I could run the fastest. We shared alot of the same music favorites such as Rod Stewart,Janice Joplin, The beatles, and some other oldies and some blues. Even though I hadn't seen Jimmy in a while I will miss him. He was always alot of fun and we shared alot of good times together. My prayers to all that love him.

Jimmy is my Uncle and my God father. I remember when I was little I would stay over night with him when he worked at Lydia Hawk, I would get to go help him clean the school which back then was very cool and then wake up and walk out his front door in the morning and be at school. When I got older we didn't always see eye to eye on everything but we still loved each other and he was still my favorite Uncle. We didn't see each other very often in the last few years but I will miss him and I know he will always be with me. I would also like to THANK Dianna for all the Love and support she gave him and for taking care of him the last couple of years that he hasn't been doing very well.

Jim and I go way back, childhood days and into adulthood. There were several of us that did some things we most likely should not have, but we were kids. I certainly will miss him, though he and I had some misscommunication after each of us married. I mostly will remember his love of Rod Stewart and his red ambulance, what a ride we had.... Jim, I know you now know we were friends and always were, take care up there, we all will miss you.
Love,
Ron Ragan
I wish the whole family peace and love, my prayers are with you all.............
