Obituary of Christine Marie Horton

Christine Marie Horton (Lilly) Christine Marie Horton (Lilly), was born, January 5, 1956 and died from a year long battle with lung cancer. Christine was the youngest of four children, born in Olympia, WA to Betty Lilly and Dwight Lilly, where she lived her whole life. In her early 20's she was a waitress at a restaurant in Wyoming where she resided for a few year until coming back to Olympia, WA. She was a stay-at-home mom for a large portion of her life until she obtained her CNA license and became an in home care provider. She then worked as an aid at Olympia Manor. From there she worked at Garden Court in housekeeping and then in Activities helping the elderly. She didn't have a lot, but she always had the door open to her children when they needed a place to stay. She was generous and big hearted. Christine always had a positive out look on life. Her struggles with relationships through out her life, did not get her down, she knew her children were always there. In her younger years, Christine was always found sunbathing. She always had a golden tan and beautiful long straight hair. She was a beautiful woman, inside and out. She had a big heart and had a lot of friends who she made a part of her life. She enjoyed making crafts and drawing in her younger years. Her favorite things to do were dancing, bowling, long walks, and spending time with friends. Where ever there was music, she was dancing to it. She also was a member of the Olympia Eagles Club where she went with friends for a fun night out. A few of her favorite music artists were: The Beatles, Garth Brooks, and Patsy Cline. Christine Horton leaves behind one daughter, Elisha Bouge "E" of Lacey, WA, and three sons, David "Dave" Bouge Jr. of Nappavine, WA, Maurice "Moe" Day of Lacey, WA, and Ricky "Rico" Horton of Tumwater, WA. She also has a surviving grandson, Devan Masuoka, and other grandchildren as well. Surviving siblings include Carolyn McDaniel of Olympia, WA, Dwight Lilly of Nevada, and Tony Lilly of Olympia, WA. Christine also leaves behind her mother. Her father has preceded her in death. Christine Marie Horton will be sorely missed by all who loved her dearly. We miss you.
