Obituary of Duane E. Homan

Duane Eugene Homan Duane Homan passed away peacefully February 7, 2010. He was born in Olympia, WA, January 25, 1951. He graduated from Tumwater High School. He attended South Puget Sound Community College and Clover Park Technical College. He married his high school sweetheart, Lori, June 19, 1970. He lived in Olympia, San Diego (CA), San Francisco (CA) and Centralia. Duane loved collecting and shooting guns. He liked to work on his cars. He loved to build things. He played Santa Claus for the Lacey Fire Department for many years. He always helped those in need. He loved his Country and flying the Flag. He loved playing cards and games with his family. Duane has worked as a carpenter, electrician, plumber, fireman, state worker and served in the US Navy during Vietnam. Surviving Duane are his wife Lori; sons Jeremy (Laura) and Tom (Marie); six grandchildren; parents Elwin and LeArdis Homan; brother Steve (Dalene) Homan; sisters Janet (Howard) Armfield and Joyce (Chenda) Chea; and numerous nieces and nephews.
