Obituary of Rita Harpold

Private Family RITA SUE (KRIDER) HARPOLD 1942 - 2011 Rita passed away at her Shelton Family home on Sunday, June 19, 2011. Rita was born November 2, 1942 to Russell and Rosemary (Stewart) Krider in Brazil, Indiana. Rita worked for IBM for 291/2 years before retiring. She enjoyed traveling especially to old towns, historic sites and the ocean. Rita hobbies were reading, puzzles and crocheting. She is survived by her husband of 46 years, Robert C. Harpold, daughter, Teresa (Arthur) O’Connor, Son Robert (Pam) Harpold. Five grandsons: Martin Delarosa, Wyatt O’Connor, Jake O’Connor, Daniel Jenning and Steven Jenning. Two brothers Russell (Pat) Krider, and Richard (Judy) Krider, Sister Rosella Joyce (Joe) Payne and several Nieces and Nephews. Rita was preceded in death by her parents. Rita lived in Campbell, California for 32 years prior to moving to Shelton, Washington in 1997. A Memorial service will be held at Shelton Christian Church on Saturday Jun 25th, 11:00 a.m. by Minister Bruce Thacker.
